Oh my goodness!!! Yes, this came right on time! This is definitely an area I need to work on! Just had a really challenging discovery call yesterday. The client wanted my personal contact information and was somewhat adamant about it. There was also a struggle of workflows where the client wasn’t accustomed to working in a manner that conflicts with my virtual intake and workflows. In the midst of the call I struggled with where I could accommodate that wasn’t a compromise for me. It was definitely not a good fit, but I know I can do better to avoid this type of interaction.
