This is awesome. Thank you, Tina! From your mouth it sounds so simple and easy.
I’m going to share this great post with over 6000 customers of Remarkety (www.remarkety.com) who are using automated marketing activities.
Like you Tina, I had a client sign up to my highest level program last week. She’d been on my list for several years, and last week was the right time! So many of my private clients recently have said similar things, and one in particular said that it was my continual follow-up that made her decide she had to work with me!
Looking forward to hearing more! This is an area I struggle in for two reasons.1) I have a hard time keeping track of where everyone is at in my marketing funnel. 2) Also, I have a hard time figuring out what to say with repeated contacts without being a pest to already very busy professionals. The people that generally refer to me don’t sign up for me email list. So it makes it more challenging. Hoping since you’re the queen of systems you have some solution for this!
More to come Lisa, i’m doing a mini-video series on this stuff – so important!
Fascinating! I have experienced online business owners who never contact me after I make major purchases from them (like $1,800!). What about cross-selling former clients? Online seems to encourage transactions versus relationships and it’s very disturbing. These statistics are so important to all of us! Thanks.
Same thing definitely applies to cross-selling/upselling indeed, another area that many entrepreneurs fall down in
Always insightful and informative. Big thanks.
Great stuff Tina! There was talk of this yesterday in the Mentorship Program and it didn’t sink in. I actually shared those statistics with my networking group several weeks ago, then promply forgot them. It has really hit home with me right now!
Kind of sheds a new light on “relationship marketing” eh?
I made that comment last week! “I’ve been following Tina for years, and am now joing her OBM training!” It’s so true what you are talking about!
Deborah – me, too! 🙂
Great content as always, Tina – thank you!
