If you haven’t done so already, you need to make sure that you share your 2013 plans, goals and vision with your team… but be sure that you don’t make a critical mistake in doing so!

Great video Tina. I am SO guilty of this! My team currently consists of just one and she is definitely a do-er instead of a quick-start like me;) I need to get back to seeing a coach or joining up with a mastermind group. Thanks for the advice!
