Yes, I screw up too…

Sep 20, 2012

From the outside looking in, it may seem that everything is perfect and smooth sailing, but that simply isn’t so. Check out my video re: screwing up and 3 steps to take when you do.

Would love to hear your thoughts – be sure to post them here, k?

Thank you for such an honest video. I think one of the biggest ways we learn as business owners (and for the clients we serve) is by making mistakes. It’s a true indicator of where the “problem spots” are and where there needs to be better systems/processes put into place.

Thanks for sharing this and allowing yourself to be vulnerable. #3 is the part that I think it often overlooked. Thanks for reminding us that we are all human and screw up from time to time… even you 😀 “I ain’t perfect!” Love it, Tina!

Thank you so much for posting this video. As one who is starting a business, I can see how the importance of trying to be “perfect” can drive one crazy. Guess it is a change of mindset in that admitting things will happen and we should admit that we did something wrong but stop and think how this can be avoided in the future.
