Let me tell you a little bit about myself and why I am PASSIONATE about this…
I started working online back in 1999 with a dot-com startup that was offering a print magazine and membership program. It was there that I discovered the world of online business, and in particular the coaching/consulting industry. I was instantly smitten.
After that particular dot-com went bust and I finished a healthy dose of coach training, I dove headfirst into the big wide world of entrepreneurship. When my first coaching business stalled, I accepted a position to work behind the scenes of a multi-million dollar coach training organization. It was there that I was given a “trial by fire” view of EXACTLY what it takes to create amazing success as a virtual based business. Once again, I was smitten.
I ventured out on my own as an Online Business Manager in 2003 and spent the next 6 years working directly with successful 6 & 7-figure entrepreneurs who were working to change the work. I managed the backend of their business including the creation and support of their various revenue streams and product offerings. I got to see first-hand the amazing power of a purpose-led entreprenuer taking what they are great at and connecting that to serve their clients at the highest level… all while making a great income. Yep, smitten again with the beauty of the right business model at the right time.
I decided in 2009 to officially go out on my own with the creation of my training company and I’ve never looked back.
The right business model is a “choose your own adventure” journey. Remember those books? They were my fav as a kid! At the end of each chapter you would decide where you wanted to go next, and I love that we get to do the same in our business.
Your right business model will (and should) evolve over time – you might focus on just one thing at a time or branch out into multiple offerings. I’d love to help you choose your next adventure.
The focus of this Workshop is threefold:

How to match your STRENGTHS to the right business model – too many people try to fit themselves into a model that simply isn’t a fit for them or their ideal client. <– This can be a COSTLY mistake
How to match your GOALS to the right business model – it’s essential to find the business model that will allow you to create the income & lifestyle that you desire.
The 3 paths to creating LEVERAGED revenue streams which require less of your time & energy while increasing your INCOME (this may be way easier than you realize!)
How to get CLIENTS with each of the different business models – some business models requires a strong SALES strategy and which require a strong LAUNCH strategy, which do you prefer?

Not only that – she takes vacations now. She can be completely offline and her team takes care of her clients. Instead of doing the work in her business, she’s directing her team and guiding her clients. Instead of just taking their orders, she’s getting them better results.
